Terms of service
Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Welcome to Zeppitron.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Zeppitron.store, including any purchases made through the website.
Throughout these Terms, “Zeppitron”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of Zeppitron.store. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing products from us.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
1. About Zeppitron
Zeppitron operates an online retail store offering men’s fashion, footwear, jewellery, accessories and related products.
Website: Zeppitron.store
Email: contact@zeppitron.store
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using our website or submitting an order, you confirm that:
-
you have read and understood these Terms;
-
you agree to be legally bound by them;
-
the information you provide is accurate and complete; and
-
you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Where you use the website on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Where you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or place an order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through our website.
A parent or guardian who authorises a minor to use the website is responsible for supervising that use to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to decline an order where we reasonably believe the customer does not have the legal capacity or authorisation required to complete the purchase.
4. Account Registration
Some website features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
-
providing accurate and current information;
-
keeping your login credentials confidential;
-
preventing unauthorised access to your account; and
-
notifying us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without permission.
You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information or use another person’s account without authorisation.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
5. Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colours, materials, features and prices are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur because of:
-
screen and device settings;
-
lighting used in product photography;
-
manufacturing variations;
-
natural variations in materials; or
-
updates made by a manufacturer or supplier.
These minor variations do not permit us to provide products that are materially different from their description or that fail to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers should review all available product information and size guides before placing an order.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product. Availability is only confirmed when we accept your order.
Where a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate option, which may include:
-
a suitable replacement, with your agreement;
-
waiting for the product to become available;
-
cancelling the affected product; or
-
receiving a full refund for the unavailable product.
We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
7. Prices and Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on Zeppitron.store are in Australian dollars — AUD.
Prices will include applicable taxes where required by Australian law. Delivery charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm your order.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where:
-
you request a change to the order;
-
there is an obvious pricing or technical error; or
-
the law permits or requires the change.
We will not add undisclosed mandatory charges after you have confirmed your purchase.
8. Pricing and Listing Errors
We take reasonable steps to prevent pricing, description and availability errors.
Where an obvious error is identified before an order is accepted or dispatched, we may contact you to:
-
confirm whether you wish to purchase the product at the correct price;
-
provide corrected product information; or
-
cancel the affected item and issue a full refund.
We will not charge you a higher amount without your agreement.
Where a pricing or listing error is not obvious, we will handle the matter fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.
After you submit an order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we:
-
send you an express order acceptance or dispatch confirmation; or
-
dispatch the products to you,
whichever occurs first.
Separate products included in the same order may be accepted and dispatched separately.
10. Order Refusal and Cancellation
We may reasonably refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
payment cannot be authorised;
-
the delivery information is incomplete or invalid;
-
an obvious pricing or product listing error has occurred;
-
the order breaches a purchase limit disclosed before checkout;
-
we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment or unlawful activity;
-
the order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale; or
-
we cannot lawfully complete the transaction.
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable delivery charges.
We will not cancel an order for a discriminatory, arbitrary or unlawful reason.
11. Customer Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to process your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
Where an order has already been dispatched, the purchase will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Payment
You must pay the total amount displayed at checkout using an available payment method.
By providing payment details, you confirm that:
-
the information is accurate;
-
you are authorised to use the payment method;
-
sufficient funds or credit are available; and
-
the payment does not involve fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will remain available at all times.
13. Payment Authorisation
Your payment provider may place a temporary authorisation or pending charge on your account.
Where payment is declined or cannot be verified, we may place the order on hold or cancel it after giving you a reasonable opportunity to provide an alternative payment method.
You are responsible for any legitimate fees charged directly by your bank or payment provider. Zeppitron does not control those charges.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
-
only one discount code may be used per order;
-
discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
-
promotional codes must be used before their stated expiry date;
-
discounts cannot be applied retrospectively;
-
promotional offers are subject to availability; and
-
discounts may exclude specified products or collections.
Any material conditions or restrictions will be disclosed clearly.
Promotions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
15. Gift Cards and Store Credit
Where we offer gift cards or store credit, additional conditions may apply.
Any gift card conditions, expiry dates and restrictions will be displayed at the time of purchase or issue and will comply with applicable Australian law.
Store credit offered as a voluntary goodwill remedy may be subject to reasonable conditions. Where you are legally entitled to a monetary refund, we will not require you to accept store credit instead.
16. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated delivery periods and applicable charges will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
Delivery periods are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances such as:
-
carrier delays;
-
customs or border processing;
-
public holidays;
-
severe weather;
-
natural disasters;
-
industrial action;
-
incorrect delivery information; or
-
events outside our reasonable control.
We remain responsible for our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and will not use delivery estimates to remove any legal rights available to you.
17. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us promptly if you identify an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.
Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to you where:
-
you were responsible for the error;
-
the costs are reasonable; and
-
the charges are not prohibited by law.
We are responsible for addressing delivery problems caused by our own error or by a carrier acting on our behalf, as required by applicable law.
18. Delivery Confirmation
A parcel may be considered delivered when the carrier records it as delivered to:
-
the delivery address supplied with the order;
-
a safe place authorised by you;
-
a parcel locker or collection point selected by you; or
-
a person authorised to accept the delivery.
Where you believe a parcel has been lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered, contact us at contact@zeppitron.store so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
A carrier’s tracking record will be considered as evidence but will not automatically determine the outcome of a delivery dispute.
19. Risk and Ownership
Risk in a product generally passes to you when the product is delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to receive it.
Ownership of the product passes to you after we have received full payment and the product has been delivered.
This section does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
20. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, repairs and exchanges are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Our voluntary change-of-mind conditions operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation where a product:
-
is faulty, defective or unsafe;
-
is not of acceptable quality;
-
is not fit for its usual or disclosed purpose;
-
is materially different from its description; or
-
otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Please contact contact@zeppitron.store if you experience a problem with a product purchased from us.
21. Incorrect Use and Product Care
You must follow any product instructions, safety warnings, sizing information and care requirements provided with the product.
A remedy may not be available where a problem was caused by:
-
misuse or abnormal use;
-
accidental damage after delivery;
-
failure to follow care instructions;
-
unauthorised modifications;
-
improper storage;
-
normal wear and tear; or
-
a defect that was clearly disclosed before purchase.
This limitation applies only to the extent that your actions caused or contributed to the problem.
22. Website Availability
We aim to keep Zeppitron.store available, secure and accurate. However, access may occasionally be interrupted for:
-
maintenance;
-
security updates;
-
technical problems;
-
system improvements;
-
third-party service interruptions; or
-
events outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that the website will be continuously available or completely free from errors.
We will take reasonable steps to correct material website issues after becoming aware of them.
23. Prohibited Uses
You must not use our website:
-
for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
-
to infringe another person’s rights;
-
to transmit malware, viruses or harmful code;
-
to interfere with the website’s security or operation;
-
to gain unauthorised access to an account, server or system;
-
to collect personal information without lawful authority;
-
to submit false, misleading or deceptive information;
-
to impersonate another person;
-
to send spam or unsolicited communications;
-
to automate excessive requests that disrupt the website;
-
to copy or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
-
to facilitate any conduct prohibited by applicable law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, our business or the security of the website.
24. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Zeppitron.
This includes:
-
the Zeppitron name and logo;
-
product photographs;
-
website designs;
-
graphics;
-
written content;
-
videos;
-
icons;
-
software; and
-
other branding materials.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
25. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
-
the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience;
-
you own the content or have permission to submit it;
-
it does not infringe another person’s rights;
-
it is not defamatory, unlawful, abusive or misleading; and
-
it does not contain malicious code or unauthorised personal information.
You grant Zeppitron a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and format the submitted content for operating and promoting our business.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
We may remove content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or applicable law. We will not selectively suppress genuine negative reviews merely because they are unfavourable.
26. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, payment providers, delivery services or social media platforms.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability or privacy practices.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for third-party providers acting on our behalf where the law makes us responsible for their conduct.
27. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
Information may be collected and used to:
-
process orders and payments;
-
deliver products;
-
provide customer support;
-
prevent fraud;
-
maintain website security;
-
comply with legal obligations; and
-
send marketing communications where permitted.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information about how personal information is collected, used, stored and disclosed.
28. Electronic Communications
By using the website, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding:
-
your orders;
-
payments;
-
delivery updates;
-
customer service enquiries;
-
changes affecting your account; and
-
important legal or security notices.
Electronic records, notices and agreements may satisfy requirements for written communication to the extent permitted by law.
Marketing communications will be managed separately and may be unsubscribed from using the instructions included in the message.
29. Security
You must not attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with security features used on our website.
Although we take reasonable steps to protect our systems, no internet service or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for using suitable security measures on your device and protecting your account credentials.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not provide warranties beyond:
-
the consumer guarantees and rights required by law;
-
any express written warranty provided with a product; and
-
commitments expressly stated in these Terms.
We do not guarantee that the website will meet every individual preference or that every non-essential website feature will always operate without interruption.
Nothing in this section excludes any guarantee that cannot legally be excluded.
31. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability for:
-
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
-
death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded;
-
wilful misconduct;
-
a breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee; or
-
any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Zeppitron is not responsible for loss caused solely by:
-
your unlawful or unauthorised use of the website;
-
inaccurate information supplied by you;
-
your failure to follow product instructions;
-
unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials; or
-
events entirely outside our reasonable control.
Where liability may legally be limited, it will be limited only to the extent that is fair, reasonable and permitted by applicable law.
32. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Zeppitron for reasonable loss, damage or expense directly caused by:
-
your unlawful conduct;
-
your fraudulent use of the website;
-
your material breach of these Terms;
-
your infringement of another person’s intellectual property rights; or
-
content you submit unlawfully.
You will not be responsible under this section to the extent that the loss was caused or contributed to by Zeppitron, our contractors or a person for whom we are legally responsible.
33. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that:
-
the account is being used fraudulently;
-
the user has materially breached these Terms;
-
suspension is required to protect the website or another person;
-
the account is connected to unlawful activity; or
-
suspension is required by law.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination of an account does not automatically cancel an accepted and paid order. Any affected orders and refunds will be handled fairly and according to applicable law.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
-
changes to our services;
-
changes to applicable law;
-
security requirements;
-
new payment or delivery arrangements; or
-
reasonable operational changes.
The updated Terms will be published on Zeppitron.store with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will generally apply from the date of publication and will not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already accepted.
Where a material change affects an ongoing account or service, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
35. Transfer of Rights
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where permitted by law.
We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a genuine sale, restructuring or transfer of the business, provided that:
-
the transfer is lawful;
-
it does not remove your existing consumer rights; and
-
it does not materially reduce our obligations to you.
36. Severability
Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate where legally possible.
37. No Waiver
A delay or failure by either party to enforce a right does not automatically waive that right.
Any waiver must be clear and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it was given.
38. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our:
-
Return and Refund Policy;
-
Shipping Policy;
-
Privacy Policy; and
-
any additional conditions disclosed before purchase,
form the agreement between you and Zeppitron regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
Where an additional condition conflicts with these Terms, the more specific condition will apply to the relevant product or promotion, unless doing so would unlawfully reduce your consumer rights.
39. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the Australian State or Territory connected with your transaction.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a right or remedy available under the consumer protection laws applying in your State or Territory.
40. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Where you have a complaint, please contact us first at:
Include:
-
your name;
-
your order number, where applicable;
-
a clear description of the issue;
-
your preferred outcome; and
-
any relevant photographs or supporting documents.
We will review the complaint and attempt to provide a response within a reasonable time.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may contact the consumer affairs or fair trading body in your Australian State or Territory or seek independent legal advice.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising a legal right or commencing proceedings where appropriate.
